Delivery & Returns Policies

Delivery:

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Since all items are made to order, please allow up to 5 working days (Mon - Fri) for the horseshoe to be created and then shipped via the method selected at checkout.

• FREE - Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

• £1.50 - Royal Mail 24hr Tracked

• £5 - Prioritise My Order

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you pay.

If you need an item by a specific date, please get in touch with us before ordering, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll help.

We cannot be held responsible for items not reaching you in time.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Handmade Horseshoes.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• purchased within the last 14 days.

• unused,

• in original condition,

• and returned with any packaging.

Non-returnable item

Some items can’t be returned, including:

• Personalised items.

• Items made to your specifications.

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to return an item

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

3. Send the item back securely (we recommend tracked postage).

Return shipping costs

The customer normally pays for return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This is usually completed within a few days (timing can vary by payment provider).

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
