Order Cancellations
Please be aware that orders can go straight to production when placed.
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, but can be returned at the customer’s expense (via tracked mail) for a refund (minus a 10% service charge).

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your horseshoe, it can be returned (at the customer's expense), if still in its original condition for a full refund.
Please email us, quoting your order number, name and address and the reason for return.
We advise either recorded delivery or obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries.
The refund will be issued in full, when the item is received back at our trading address.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Damaged item
You should contact use immediately if the items arrive damaged Click Here (opens email form)
The horseshoes are handmade and therefore can vary slightly from item to item and with all handmade products slight imperfections are normal.

Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor; pictures are for display purposes only.
Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, please contact us first - your order is placed at your own risk.
